In the famous golfing, University town of St Andrews and in the lovely countryside nearby, there are 22 high standard holiday cottages on country estates with something for everyone to enjoy.

Magnificent sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages, lots of historic attractions, a multitude of golf courses, fishing on the River Eden and some outstanding restaurants all contribute to this famous but unspoilt area.

Every property on the estate has central heating, most have log fires, TV with Digibox and DVD player, portable radio/CD player, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer and drier, all standard kitchen equipment, shower, telephone, garden with swings, sandpit and barbecue.

Babysitting, domestic help, hire of bedlinen and towels, costs and high chairs can all be arranged to assure you of a carefree holiday.

Dogs are welcome in all our properties.

Creich Farmhouse (sleeps 12):

Creich Farmhouse is a traditional Scots Farmhouse standing apart from farm buildings and next to the ruins of Creich Castle home of Mary Beaton, one of the four Ladies-in-Waiting to Mary, Queen of Scots in the early 1500's.

Sleeping up to 12, with a splendid suntrap of a garden, it has:

Murdocairnie is a charmingly renovated, spacious but snug, well- equipped family house which sleeps 12.

Foresters was once two cottages, but is now a tastefully modernised single house sleeping 6 (with the option of 10) which is popular with families and particularly safe for children and pets.

The Lodge is a picturesque cottage set within its own enclosed garden, making it particularly safe for young children and pets.

In the west end of St Andrews, in a small cul-de-sac, are two period town houses each sleeping 8 which are quiet and safe for children yet close to shops and less than five minutes walk from the sandy beach and golf-course. Each has its own small enclosed garden, private parking, and a shared lawn, and identical interiors.
